Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 2 Send Message	We are trying to find Elsie Carter, (maiden name), living in Islington, London. Her father was a cab driver who's name was William Carter, her mother was a waitress called Elizabeth Carter. We don't know if they moved, they were last known to be living in London in the late 1920's....Can anyone help?
