Member Since: July 2006 Posts: 3 Send Message	THOMAS CARTER c.1865 In May 1907, THOMAS Carter age 42 (widower) married Kate Baxter age 41 (widow, nee Morgan) in Pontnewynydd, Monmouthshire.(I have a copy of their marriage certificate.)Thomas was a Mill Wright at the time. His deceased father, a Brewer, was called WILLIAM. I am a relative of the Baxter's and I would be interested in finding out a little more about Thomas.
