Member Since: September 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	I am trying to locate two cousins born to Edward F Carter and Elsie Carter [nee Campion]. The marriage took place in St Pancras,London, in 1939. David E Carter was born in the December quarter of 1942 in St Pancras, London. Colin F. Carter was born in March 1946 in Stepney, east London. I am giving to believe that at one stage they may have played in a Salvation Army Band?
