I am trying to find birth details and family ancestory of my great grandfather Lazarus Carter. He was born in Blandford Forum, England and was a shoe/boot maker by trade. He then became mayor of Blandford Forum. He and his wife (name unknown) had two daughters. Blanche Carter was one of them and is my grandmother, currently living in England. She was married to Arthur Wickenden, and they had 2 sons:David and my father Peter Robert. Peter married Lorna Braithwaite and they had 3 children:Rhona Therese (thats me!!!) Jonathon Grant and Elizabeth. They in turn have had children of their own. I would love to know any history that people may have so that I can build my family tree on this side of the family.
