Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find my nephew NEIL CARTER. Neil is now 40 years old his mother is Lynn (nee Douglas) and he was adopted by Nigel Carter and he has a brother Tim. Neil lived in Blackpool as a small child but he may now be in Chesterfield as this is the last known location. We, his family have not seen Neil since he was very small and we are now anxious to make contact.
