Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Sybil Ruth Carter - my mother, now deceased, was born illegitimately to a Sybil Ruth Carter in Jersey in the 1920's - she was adopted by a Welsh Preacher and was brought up as Gwendoline Joan Jones. She was given the name Gwendoline Joan by her birth mother Sybil Ruth. Can any one possibly help in tracing Sybil Ruth. We believe that she came from Guernsey and was sent to Jersey to have her baby.
