HE IS, OR MORE LIKELY WAS, PHILIP EDWARD CHAPMAN. BORN AUGUST 13 1908 IN THE BRIGG AREA OF LINCOLNSHIRE, PROBABLY SCAWBY. HE WAS LAST HEARD OF IN EPWORTH NEAR GAINSBOROUGH IN THE EARLY 1950'S.
