Can anyone help me with the maiden name of Jane, wife of John Clark of Rathmell. John born 1793, Jane possibly 1798. Several children. Thanks, Dorothy

This could be them but you will need to do the research before you can confirm it.
Slaidburn is just down the road from Rathmell so the location is right but john could have travelled to anywhere in the Country and with such a common name he is very difficult to pin down.

This looks like her Christening in 1803 but there are loads of Bleazards there so I suggest you take a look.

Thanks Trilly, There is a Bleazard connection later on so this could well be them. Dorothy
