James Clark ( North Ballachulish Scotland )

Can anyone help me find a record of James Clark b. about 1806 in North Ballachulish Scotland and according to my mother is buried in the churchyard with the names of all 13 children on his gravestone. Spouse unknown. One of his children was Donald Clark b.1849 and may have married an Isabel ( spelling not known).
James did join the Scots Guards but can find nothing to substantiate this.

Florence, Ballachulish is in Argyll.

This is the closest I'm finding. Trouble is Laroch is on the south side of the River Leven and North Ballachullish is on the north!

This is a cousin of Donald's. Confusingly also called Donald.
His father James was a Sergeant Major in the Scots Guards and married a Wilson christian name Isabel** and she came from the Glencoe district. At some point maybe after James died she moved South and may have lived in Tonbridge Kent.
