I am searching for Thomas Clark b c 1872, his fathers name was William (got this from Thomas' wedding cert 2 to 2nd wife). I do not know his 1st wife's name, but he was a widower when he remarried. His 2nd wife was Mary Weston b 1893 in Croydon, they married in Lewisham on the 21/6/1916. They had 4 children - 3 sons and a daughter. In 1919 his address was 93 High Street and from 1920/1925 he was at 90 High Street, Forest Hill/Sydenham, both addresses have since been renumbered. Not certain where he was born could have been London or Kent. Thomas died c 1930. |

Thomas' occupation was a wirer (he made lampshades) and he had 2 or 3 shops in the Sydenham/Forest Hill area of London. I do not have any information on his work or family prior to him marrying Mary Weston. |

Thanks very much for your help, this is looking like a possibility. I have found their marriage, and also Catherine's death and this fits in. I have been unable to find Thomas' death - which should be c 1930. |
