Find Ancestors

Hello, I am trying to confirm the date of birth and the parents of my g/grandfather William Clark, I have his birthplace as Babbs Green in 1820, But my guess is that he was born in Widford in 1817, the son of William Clark and Mary Lewis.
My g/grandfather was married to Frances(Fanny Wren) In 1841, she died in Janaury 1848 of consumption and in June of 1848 he married Ann Sibthorp and she is my g/grandmother. Any and all help would be very gratefully received

Can't find a marriage to Frances Wren but his 2nd marriage would confirm his age for you to work out DOB
