Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 11 Send Message	Can anybody help, I am trying to trace my father in laws family from Elgin He was born 1902 March William Dean Clark to Constance Clark unwed age 18 i think her father was William Clark and he died in a fishing tragedy in1901 his wifes maiden name i think was Innes. I have found out the William and Constance were in the Poor house in elgin when he was first born, but cannot find anything else out. can you help
