This post has been updated: I am trying to find relatives of, or information on Horace Clark born 1875, in London (Pancras?), died c1925. He was married to Anges Giles, and had 3 children, Maurice(1913), Terrence(1916), and Joan (1919) To my knowledge the family lived in London, although my grandfather appears to be the only one born in Brighton. Of the three children, only my grandfather Maurice is still alive. The puzzling thing about the family is that somewhere down the line, the family name was changed from Clark to Clarke sometime after the 3 children were born. According to Maurice it was his father Horace who had changed the name, but it was definately done after they were born as their names appear as Clark on the BMD records. If anyone has any knowledge about, or is related to any of these people, please contact me! |
