Susan Brown Haworth West yorkshire I am trying to trace my family tree. My mother is Rhoda Brown (nee) Clarke (1934) she had several sisters and a brother. They grew up in the North East, Mainly Newcastle. The street was called Sydney Grove. The two sisters we are especially interested in are Olive and Whilomena Clarke who both left to work in the mills in Bradford when they were approx 18. This was either during or shortly after the war. There was also a brother call 'matty' who served in the war. They left the family home in Newcastle approx 1945-50 and all contact with them ended. Any information would be appreciated.
