My father Eric Clarke was I believe born in or around Horncastle Lincolnshire in the early 1900s. His father was a master baker . His mohter I think died whilst he was still at school, Queen Elizabeth School, Horncastle and his father subsequently remarried. They did not get on and the family split up. He had an aunt called Edie (Eadie) who lived in Scunthorpe for many years. I know little else about his background and would welcome any news or contacts that could help track down his side of the family
