Ernest Clarkson Clarke was my Grandfather - born around 1889 - may have been in Colchester Essex, Married Annie/Anne Elizabeth Howes of Stanford Lincs. his son Edward Ernest Dupont Clarke born Stamford 1912 He had sisters Frieda, Kitty/Kate Elizabeth and Daisy Ethel His mother was an Elizabeth Bailey Clark - his father Frederick Dupont but they were unmarried He left my grandmother Annie around the year 1925 and set up home with a lady called - I believe - Heather. He died within 10 years of this apparently by drowning though his body was never found apparently. I am trying to trace any relatives etc |
