Looking for information on my Grandfather. The family has been told there was a change of name so two first cousins could marry, the change was from Offen to Clarke? The person I am looking for was born on 29-10-1874, his name was Arthur Henry Clarke and he married Eunice Annie Elizabeth Offen on 23-12-1899 at Silema, Malta. They then went on to have 10 Children.
