I'm looking for any living relatives that i may have in the UK. I don't have a lot of information about my family, so its proving difficult. My fathers name is Patrick Geoffrey Laurence Clarke, he was born in Croydon, England to Albert Edward Clarke and Catherine Winifred Trapp (clarke) in 1930. He had 3 siblings of which he was the youngest, Bramwell,David and Louis. My father was in the Royal Marines and i believe my uncles were also. My grandfather Albert Clarke died some time around 1984, he had one leg amputated after a motorcycling accident, he also liked to paint, and painted a portrait of the Queens corrination which i believe hangs in a town hall in Worthing or Sussex (can't be sure). My Father married my mother June Dorothy Brown on July 29 1954 in Worthing England and migrated to Australia in 1960 on the ship Stratharden. I believe the last ship my father seved on was the HMS Ocean. Would love to hear form anyone with any information. Regards Mark |
