Trying to find Clarke

I am trying to find more information about a Robert Clarke who married Ann(ie) Swind(a)le 12 April 1862 at St John's Church, Newcastle upon Tyne. His father was also called Robert and their marriage certificate shows him as being a teacher. Robert jnr. was connected with mining/iron industry in the northeast of England but he must have died sometime the next four years as Ann(ie) is shown as a widow when she remarries in 1866. Can anyone help me with branch of my tree which is proving to be such a problem, cannot find any record of Robert's death as I'm unsure of where they were living. Any information would be much appreciated |
