There's one on the 1901 census:

James Clarke c1865 Birmingham, Brass Founder
Priscilla c1866 Birmingham
Priscilla c1891 Birmingham
Bertha c1893 Birmingham
Lillian c1897 Birmingham

There is a marriage on freeBMD of a James Clarke in June 1890 Birmingham, a Priscilla Saddington is on the same page.

Possibilities for the girls births can be seen in the Aston District.

Hi jet you may want to take a look on the mormon site of LDS [jesus christ of latter day saints ] known as familysearch.org it is free search they have a vast store of names of people from [BMD] going back over 2 hundred years also census search you may find her there
