I would like any information about my fathers family, he was George Terence Collins 29/11/1942-27/03/1980, he was tragically killed on the Alexander Kielland oilrig disaster March 1980. George married Irene Irving(my mother) from the Scotswood area in 1963 and they moved to Gosforth about 1966. I know he has a brother Jim married to an Irene, who I believe lived Darlington or Wakefield area they have a daughter Michelle born October 1963 and a son. There is also his older brother uncle Michael who married Anne, they have a son called David. My grandmother was called Alice and she lived in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, any information is greatly appreciated!!! Deborah Collins |
