I am looking for any descendants of Doctor Frank Collins born Kennington London 1859, married Sarah Hannah Ness of Helmsley Yorkshire in 1893. At time of the 1901 census they were at Sproxters New Wanstead Essex where Frank was in practice as a surgeon. I have been unable to trace any childen of Frank and Sarah.His brother was Doctor George William Collins also a surgeon who was in practice at the Mall High St Wanstead. GW died in 1921 and had a son Terence Shirley Collins who died in 1972 at Thorpe Le Soken Essex. There is no marriage record for Terence and the sole beneficiary of his will was a Colonel Frank Vaux. Frank and George were sons of Professor of Music George Collins and Jane (Carter) Collins. |
