His birth name was Morgan and he was adopted by Reginald and Isabella Collins in 1952. They lived in Oakley in Fife.Scotland. his place of birth was Leven Scotland. Birth mothers name believed to be Helen Morgan. l believe there were two sisters, but have no other information. He was also known as Terry or Tony Collins or sometimes used Morgan-Collins.
