Wanted to trace back relatives of Jean Cook born on may 26th 1902 at 66 High Street Kilsyth her birth was registered on 5th June 1902. Her father was a coal miner called William Cook and her mother was Robina Cook (Ms Crawford), they were married on the 28th march 1887 in Kilsyth. On the marriage certificate of Jean Cook it states her fathers name as Walter Cook who’s profession is given as a labourer. She lived in Gartmore in a foster home for children from broken homes where she staid with her brother Walter. Contact was lost when she decided to stay in Gartmore and her brother returned to her parents in Kilsyth. There could be more siblings but this is all the info i have.
