Trying to find information on Cyril Cook born around 1890 in Luton. I cannot find a reference for his birth certificate on Freebmd or 1837online. All I have is the 1901 census (so the information could be written down incorrectly) In the 1901 census he is aged 11 living with his mother Sarah Ann, and his sisters, Hilda, who was 1 and Gladys, who was 3. Sarah Ann was born around 1864 in Luton and was a straw hat machinist. Cyril was possibly illigitmate, although his father may have been a George Cook, a builder. Any help appreciated. I am really stuck on my Nan's (Hilda's)side of the family. |
