I need to get a Birth Certificate for Frank Cook born 1904 Lancashire. Can someone please tell me the easiest way to do this and what I would need to get it ffrom the UK?

about 7 pounds with GRO reference

can only find one in Lancashire in 1904 on Freebmd but that is no guarantee is correct one
