My brother is out there..David/Peter Cooper?

I have just found out that I have a brother..somewhere. He was born to my Mother, Winifred Cooper around 1946/1947 and I think was named either Peter or David. He may have been born in Leicester/Manchester/Blackpool/Surrey/Tonbridge Wells (all places my Mother lived), but due to circumstances he was then adopted so may have changed his surname from Cooper. My Mother still visited him. My Mother later married my Father, Ernest Leavesley and they had twins (Norma and Sandra (me)). My twin sadly died 4 years ago, so finding my brother means a lot to me.
