Cooper family from Bourne Lincs c1900/1904

Does anyone know of the Cooper family from Dyke, Nr Bourne Lincs. I am trying to find my grandfathers family and have nothing more to go on. Any information would be appreciated. Many thanks

I don't know if this is of any use, but this appears to be the only family of Coopers in Dyke.

You get the birth certificate online from gro.gov.uk using the details from the index above. It costs £7.

This will give you his parents' names & his father's occupation. It is most likely you'll be able to follow the family back on the censuses from there.

If you don't have a subscription to Ancestry for the censuses, then ask on these boards. People are only too willing to help.

Thanks Ozi. I will do that. I have been trying for years. Not knowing anything about my grandfathers family even though I knew him and love him sooo much but I did'nt know if he had any siblings or even knew his parents names. Thanks for your help.Trisha. PS. Will let you know what happens
