Hi
I am trying to find details of Edith Cooper who was married to Percy Charles Newman and lived in Folkestone in 1909. My father married their daughter Irene Evelyn Newman who was born 9th March 1909.
I would be glad of any details of this side of my family.

1891 census. Newman family. 35 Ship St. Folkestone.
John 38 1853 Plasterer Born Folkestone
Louisa E 35 Born Hythe Kent
Louisa M 16. 1875 Born Folkestone.Piano Teacher
Edward G 14 1877 Office Boy born Folkestone
Percy C 8 1883 Born Folkestone
Elsie C G 1 1890 Born Folkestone
Susannah Carpenter. 63 M in Law. Born Hythe
Henry Carpenter. 38 Born Hythe Bro in Law
Albert G Carpenter. 33. Born Hythe.Bro in Law.

Marriage of John NICCAS Newman to Louisa Eliza Carpenter. 1873. vol 2a 1664 (Second name questionable. maybe misread)
Copy of this certificate will give their ages, their Father's names and occupations, and witnesses who may be siblings.
