Find Ancestors

Trying to find decendants of a Herbert Cooper who married Mabel Buttery
about 1923. Believe had twins John and Kathleen left birmingham around 1939. Herbert i believe to be my gt-uncle, his sister being Sybil.
Very little known about them, even my late father did'nt know. Any infor or leads welcome. Thankyou

Thanks thats where i got the names and dates from. Shown as in birmingham but only to 1939. leads go cold then. Picked up on twins talking to (half) sister. Her mum spoke of them. My mum knew nothing, so decided to go wider and see if any coopers have them in their past/

Looks like right line, one of my middle names is Rosson sybil was my gran, Harry and Eliza her parents. Now my dad might have known Herbert he was born 1916. Harry we think was a half uncle did'nt know of
