Seeking assistance in finding the final resting place of my grandfather JOHN BAIN GARDNER and his second wife ETHEL COOPER. They married in 1921 in Scotland but moved to the GUILFORD AREA where we believe John died c1943. Ethel outlived him. ETHEL was born in ASHBURN Derbyshire in 1878 to THOMAS COOPER and ELIZA LADD who were married in SHERE in1866. ETHEL was a NURSE and worked in Hoylake in 1901 and after she married was 'in service' in the Guilford area. She had a sister DOLLY who had a boy named CLIFF, surname possibly Cooper. Any help welcomed and willing to cover costs of certificate search leading to a satisactory conclusion. |
