I am looking for any kind of info on my grandfather WILLIAM HENRY COOPER born 1913 in Tipton, Dudley Staffs. I know he had at least one sister and maybe a brother too. His father was ALFRED COOPER and his mother was ELISABETH TIMMINS. Not sure if they came from Tipton originally as not listed as born there in 1901 census. WILLIAM went on to mary my gran HARRIET SUTTON -known as POLLY and lived in Wolverhampton. I have been told that his sister also lived in W-Ton when she married. Any info at all would be welcome as I have hit a brick wall. My grandad died in 1978 and my nan in 1982, so I have no-one to ask now. |
