I am trying to find any thing on a alice cox born 1861 old way cambridgeshire she was a general servant for henry cooper and his wife johanna .j. cooper street address 9 church street wellingborough we would like to know who her parents was please . also a letitia baker born 1848 stamford st martins parish northhampton she worked for the coopers as well as a nurse maid

Hi

Found Letitia Baker on the 1861 censusv-vshe was a school teacher.

Her father was James Baker, born abt 1807, Folksworth, Huntingdonshire, England, He was a Labourer. Her mum was Catherine and was born abt 1812, Sutton, Northamptonshire, England.

Also living with her was her siblings:

Alfred Baker, born abt 1849 St Martins Stamford
Arthur Baker, born abt 1839, St Martins, Stamford
Edwin Baker, born abt 1852, St Martins
James Baker, born abt 1843 St Martins

Letitia was born on March 1847,

Hi Found Letitia and family on a family tree on ancestry.com.

James Baker was born in 1806, christend on 29 Nov 1807, Folksworth. He died in 1867, Stamford.

His wife was Catherine Brown, born 1811, Sutton, Northamptonshire. She died in 1865, Stamford.

James Father was John Baker, born 1761. He died on 26 Dec 1833, Folksworth, Hunts.

His mother was Ann Whitehead, born 1769. She died 16 Dec 1822. She married John on 29 Jan 1793, Folksworth.

James (married to Catherine) had the following siblings:

Charlotte Baker, Born Stilton

William Baker, Born Stilton, Died 1878, Preg, Knittelfeld, Styria, Austria

Elizabeth Baker, born Stilton

Ann Baker, born Stilton.

Mary Baker, born 1799 Stilton

Sarah Baker, born 1803, Stilton

John Baker, born 20 Jan 1810, Folksworth. Died 15 March 1898, Noradjuha, Victoria, Australia . He was married to Ann Lewis, born 1809, Stilton. They married in Stilton in 1830. They had three children Lizzetta, Jabez and Naomie.
