On another site, I've found a match in the 1841 census that appears to show Caroline Cox (b abt 1833) living at home with her father, David Cox. The only record that matches places them in Tonbridge, Kent. |

Crondall, that definitely sounds interesting. I've seen on a later record for Caroline Cox that her birthplace was Crundale, Surrey. While there is a Crundale in Kent, I had a feeling that it might have been incorrectly transcribed from Camberwell, Surrey, given the location of the household at the time. |

possible marriage of carolines parents its the only one i could see for the right time frame & with you mentioning surrey but only a possible you would have to confirm it as ann/hannah were shortened in them days as i found to my cost lol but on the births i posted caroline.s mother is stated as ann where as mary ann is hannah if you see what i mean |
