I am trying to find william cox who was born in 1907 in Stratford. I cannot find 1911 census. mother ellen cox dad edwin cox, brothers leonard, arthur, albert, were they still in stratford in 1911. thank you |

well they moved from stratford to gravesend kent. dad edwin was a lamplighter and he walked to gravesend to get a job. soldier in boar war, boy soldier drummer boy. mum ellen 1888. we think edwin born 1887. |

Flick, I think I got confused when it said west ham for the family, but the dates seem pretty close. Also everyone says mums name was Ellen but that is probably short for Eleanor, and they also always say Stratford, is that near West Ham. Mary |
