Australian Cox family, Searching for information on Frederick James COX born Brisbane (Moreton Bay) approx 1845. He died Boggabri New South Wales 11th Jan 1927.He is my g-g-grandfather. At the time of his birth only 200 white people lived in the Brisbane area although there were Cox families who pioneered the Ipswich area outside Brisbane. He later moved to Muswellbrook area of New South Wales and married twice- Mary Ann Ford (1864)and Maryanne Courtney(1870). I would like information prior to 1845 please.
