Leah Cox nee Chambers. My G.Grand-father William Henry Ward married Leah Cox nee Chambers 27/06/1921. Leah was born c. 1880 nee Chambers. Her 1st marriage to a Mr. Cox ended c WW1 when Mr. Cox died. Leah was left with a number of kids, one of whom was apparantly Marg who lived in Aston Birmingham. William Henry Ward married Leah and looked after her children and also bringing with him 1 son of his own, Mark Ward born c. 1899. I know my Ward line back to the c.1800 but no nothing of Leah's line...when she and my G.grand-father married they had my Grand father, George Ward dob 19/07/1921. If these details ring a bell with anyone then please contact me I would be eternally grateful. Thanks, Martin Ward . Vancouver, Canada. [email protected] or [email protected] |
