Trying to find Cox

I am trying to trace anyone/thing to do with my maternal grandmother, Rachel Rebecca (but known as Phyllis) Cox c1895. She was born in Aisla Craig, Scotland, married Maurice Driscoll and lived in Yorkshire. They had several children Maurice, Barry, Brenda, Leona & Daphne but divorced in the early 40's. Most of the children ended up in an orphanage except Maurice, who emigrated to America. My grandmother travelled to London after her divorce and began a nursing career. She eventually returned to Yorkshire until her death in 1977/8. I have no other info about her but would love to find out more. Can you help? Thanks |
