Find Ancestors

I am trying to find information about my Grandfather - Victor William Cunningham. I know he was born 3 May 1899, probably somewhere in Norfolk - but I don't know where. I think he had a sister - Lily - who became a Spanton by marriage - but I know nothing about her. I would also like to find out about my Grandfather's parents and any other family he may have had. We have very little knowledge of his side of the family.
