Looking for half sister Kim

Hi, Can anyone help me to find details on my half sister. Her name is Kim Davies and she was born in 1955. Her mum was Rosina Doris Davies and her dad was Edward George Davies. I have been given these details by Social Services but am kind of stuck re what to do next. Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you. |
