Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 38 Send Message	Elizabeth Davis/Davies gave birth to my Great grandmother Harriet in Walsall Union Workhouse on 19 November 1840. I can find no further reference to her. No father's name is given, but on Harriet's Marriage Certificate he is named just as Henry -----. Can anyone help to shed any light? Apparently the Workhouse Records were destroyed, so nothing doing there. I'd be very grateful for anything you can tell me. Jenny
