Member Since: August 2004 Posts: 2 Send Message	DAVIES Trying to find information on my gg grandfather, WILLIAM DAVIES, born circa 1842 in South Wales, parents were THOMAS DAVIES andd ANN JONES. William married Mary Annie Francis Noy in London in 1868 and they then immigrated firstlt to New Zealand and then to Australia. William and Mary had eight children - Ada, William & Charles born in UK; Alfred, Elizabeth & Henry born in NZ; and Minnie & Ethel born in Australia. William Snr was a boilermaker and died in Sydney on 31 Dcember 1895.
