Trying to find any ancesters of mine. My grandfather is William Henry Davies, born 1906, He was married to violet Lilian Bennett born 1910 and moved to Basingstoke early 70s. He had sisters named Lilian or lal who was married to a man named Wally Beavis possibley lived in Battersea. Maybe also a sister Alice, I believe he had 2 or 3 sisters. He had brothers named Reg, married to Daphne who lived in Bansted Surrey with children Colin and Elaine. Harry, married to Lena. Sid, married to Doris with daughter Jeanette. and brother Ernie who lived in Wandsworth Bridge Road with wife and sons Robin and terry. I believe he had 4 or 5 brothers, All are from the london area and were born between 1900 and 1925?. Any help would be much appreciated. I believe William Henry Daviess father died in ww2. Brompton Road has been mentioned. His mother Lilian remarried a man named Alf and moved to Brighton. [email protected] |
