Member Since: May 2008 Posts: 204 Send Message	Paul, I will help you all I can. I have recently been down the same road looking for my birth mother. Initially you need your original birth certificate, this will give you her name (probably unmarried) your name at birth, her address and the hospital that you were born. Regards Anne-Marie
