Hello, My confusion is that there are a lot of Isabellas who appear to be in nearly generation! Also my current interest is in John Davis who was a fisherman. He lived in Sandside, and the census records give the impression that he was born in Torrisholme about 1799. John married Isabella Procter in 1820. What is your connection with BLS? Regards Steve Welch (West Bromwich) |

Can't find either of their baptisms on lancs opc. Bolton le Sands is very close to the old border with Westmorland, sometimes people went to a church there. |
