Find Ancestors

NSW BDM shows a death for AUSTEN STANLEY DAVIS 1942, father, Austen. I cannot find a birth so I am wondering if it was possibly a child. Any way I can find out birth details?

Found a death Sydney Morning Herald 27/4/1942 - Stanley Austen Davis 23/4/1942, dearly loved brother of Reme/Remo/Rene (hard to read), Doris and Clarice, interred Randwick Cemetery April 25.

Try search on BDM under Stanley Austen Davis for birth, or perhaps he was born overseas.

Thanks MEgirl, Stanley Austen, Austen Stanley, gets a bit confusing, but the timing does fit. Now just have to work out where it fits in my family. My father was Austen and his brother was Stanley!

Can't locate a birth but there is a coroners report for him. He died of cardiac failure due to a ruptured appendix during an operation. No age is given though.
