Member Since: December 2003 Posts: 53 Send Message	Maria DAVIS was born in Bristol, Gloucestershire about 1839. Her father was Henry DAVIS and according to Maria's marriage certificate he was a painter. I don't know anything at all about Maria's early life, not even her mother's name. Bristol is a big place and I would know how to find the family. I bought the 1841 census of GLS hoping to find them but no success. I know it's not much to go on. Lynda
