Hi, i am trying to find my grandmothers side of my family, my grandmother was called Dorothy Anne Gilbert, nee Davis. They came originally from the London area. I am looking for the brothers and sisters, Laurie, Alf, Ted, Kit, Win and Freda, and their decendants. Unfortunately i think most are dead and i do not know their family names. My grandmother Dorothy had 1 daughter called Pamela, my mother. They moved to Barnstaple when my mother was young and then settled in Newquay, owning a chemist shop. The name Davis may have been changed from Davies or Davey. My grandmother was born 9.04.1910. I believe her mothers name was Alice, when she remarried i think it became Stafford. Any help would be great, thanks. |
