Looking to trace relatives of the Edwards Family from Exmouth , Devon. Frank Edwards married Mary Ann Garwood in 1893. They had at least 4 children, Frederick, Hilda, Mabel and Albert. The Edwards and Garwood family were nieghbours in New St, Exmouth. Franks mother was called Elizabeth, maiden name Partridge. Fathers name William Charles Edwards (merchant seaman), not recorded in census of 1881. They too had 3 children, Frank, Alean and Frederick. It would also seem that they might have adopted nephew? called William H Edwards, born 1861,Exeter to William and Mary Ann, nee, Simons NOTE. Alean may be mispelling. It could be that this is a female. Name unasured. Any connections, please connact me. Thanks. |
