I'm trying to find out the parents and immediate family of my Gt Grandfather Alfred Evans born 1866-ish (showing from Bettisfield Flintshire). He had a son among others called Herbert (born 1906, Liverpool). I cannot find Alfred on the 1870 or 1880 census for wales or lancashire - incase he moved to Liverpool as a child) and I am completely lost when it comes to tracing back his parents and so-on .... can you help or share any information.
